  • I Offer DIRECT BILLING to 30 Insurers: Pacific Blue Cross, Medavie Blue Cross, and 28 insurers participating in Telus Health E Claims Program
  • 2026 schedule is open - 4 month rolling calendar allows you to book in advance.

Massage Therapy is the assessment of soft tissue and joints of the body and the treatment and prevention of dysfunction, injury, pain and physical disorders of the soft tissues and joints by manual and physical methods to develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical function to relieve pain and promote health.

Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) are primary health care providers, licensed and registered under the Health Professions Act of BC.

Your appointment is the total time booked with your therapist and will consist of the following: consultation, assessment, treatment, exercise, and home-care.

Jennifer Slauenwhite
(She/Her/Hers) RMT

I’m a Registered Massage Therapist in Maple Ridge with 20 years of experience helping people recover from injury, manage pain, and build sustainable self-care strategies. I graduated from the 3000-hour program at WCCMT in 2006 and hold a Bachelor of Health Science.

My clinical focus includes orthopaedic and neurological injuries, persistent pain disorders, and complex cases that haven’t responded well to other care. I regularly work with conditions such as concussions, headaches and migraines, chronic pain, neuropathies, tendon/ligament injuries, frozen shoulder, TMJ dysfunction, and post-surgical recovery.

Beyond clinical practice, I’ve contributed to the profession through education, regulation, and mentorship, including serving on the board of the College of Massage Therapists of BC and teaching at WCCMT.

Outside the clinic, I’m passionate about dog training and animal behaviour, competitive obedience with my poodle Apollo, gardening, trail running, and all things Middle Earth.
